From team erewash to team Derbyshire in 7 days! With a jump of 5.43m (and to say I was 50cm from the board too!!) Also 1 & 2 in 4x100 after some issues and a little shakey team selection :o/ .
Now on to Birmingham Alexander Stadium for the Mason Trophy...
