So I'm pleased with the new events I,ve tried. Managed portsmouth club record with grade 1- 23.23m Javelin, and 12.6 hurdles now i,m getting the hang of it. sorry about the 4.40 long jump I had 3 jumps over 4.30 that day. Looking forward to seeing everyone through the season. Hope your season is going well

Nice to see you yesterday and well done on your 600m. That must have hurt!
Thank you for supporting me at the end of the day when there was the misunderstanding with the medals.
Looking forward to seeing you at the Andover Open Meeting and running against you in the 80m & 600m, although I will have been away at cub camp all weekend and hope that I'm not too tired!
