Devils Gallop last night with the club, not many out in group one, Marty and Neil kept the pace sensible which I was pleased with. Really nice night and some great views up to Hale Light House from the Shore and I can’t remember it ever being so dry down there.

Met up with the other groups at the end of the Shore then headed back to the Sports Centre – took my Garmin so I’ll post the link to Gallop up for any local runners who fancy taking it on – I advise you go in pairs though, you don’t want to get injured down there on your own! Just over 10 miles in total from my house to Garston Sports Centre then onto the Gallop and back. Knee feels great this morning!

Big shout to Tarja Kinnunen the PLS Ladies Captain who represented Great Britain in European Triathlon Union Championships over in Spain. She finished 8th at Standard distance, a truly brilliant achievement!

PLS 10K this Sunday, I'll be marshallig along with other dedicated PLS bods along the glorious Otterspool Promenade, good luck if you're taking part ;0)
