Misty morning, clouds in the sky..without warning, the wizard walks by...

Wizard 5 Mile Multi-Terrain Race tonight, another counter in the PLS champs and another I've never raced before. The reviews say it's approximately 5 mile race on roads, paths, trails around Alderley Edge. Much of the course is gradually downhill so there is a tough climb with about a mile to go.

Like me, both Neil and Simo work quite close to this so I'm expecting a them to take part. Neil ran it last year and said it was good and looking at the times from 2010 it looks a tough 5 miles. Going to take the trail and race shoes tonight, I know it's been really dry but I've read the course can be soft/muddy in patches.

I doubt I'll be doing Race The Train this year so this will probably be the last multi terrian race until September.
